We specialize in digital products, including:
- Training videos that are viewable via secure login only.
- Downloadable files delivered electronically upon purchase.
Due to the intangible and consumable nature of digital content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been completed.o notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Digital products cannot be returned or “unaccessed.” Once you’ve received access to our training videos or downloaded files, the product is considered delivered and consumed. For this reason, we do not provide refunds unless there is a verifiable technical issue (see below).
Exceptions – Technical Issues Only
We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You did not receive access to the product due to a system error on our part (e.g., login access not provided or file not delivered).
If you experience any of the above issues, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.
